The website presents vehicles, helmets, riding equipment and services. It has no customer accounts, inquiry submission form, newsletter signup, checkout or payment processing. Browsing the catalog does not require you to provide a name or email address.

You can choose to contact the business by telephone, email, WhatsApp or Viber. Those communications happen through the service you choose, rather than through a form on this website.

Customer calls are not recorded. The shop owner handles customer emails; an authorized shop manager may also access them to respond to inquiries. Providing a price or inviting you to the showroom does not create an online order.

Phone, WhatsApp and Viber are used for questions, product availability and arranging showroom visits, not for accepting remote orders, reservations or deposits. We do not send promotional messages from the published phone number. Business promotions are shared through our Instagram and Facebook profiles.

If you contact us, your inquiry may contain your name, phone number, email address, message and the product or service you are asking about. Only send information relevant to your inquiry; do not send payment-card details or identity documents through website contact links.

When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical request data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and response status. The website also has aggregate operational metrics. We do not use these data to build a customer profile.

We use inquiry details to answer your questions and, where you request it, take steps before a possible purchase or service. The relevant legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or our legitimate interest in handling ordinary business correspondence, taking your rights into account.

We use technical request data to deliver and secure the website on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating it safely. We retain transaction or accounting records where a legal obligation requires this. We do not use inquiry details for direct marketing without a separate lawful basis.

The URL determines the language: Macedonian at the root and English under /en. The website does not set a language-preference cookie. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is described below. There are no advertising pixels or embedded social-media widgets. Our images, fonts and video are served with the website.

The interactive Google Map is optional. It is not loaded until you select “Load Google Map” in the location section. That choice connects your browser to Google, which receives technical request data such as your IP address and may use its own cookies. You can hide the map again; this stops the embed but cannot undo data already sent to Google or remove cookies set by Google. The directions, social-media and messaging links open external services only when you select them.

The website does not store a map choice or use its own tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set technically necessary security cookies if a security challenge or related protection is active. These cookies are used to protect access to the website, not for our advertising. Optional analytics has the separate consent choice described below.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics”. With your consent, it measures visits and page performance using page and referrer information and browser loading and interaction measurements. The website and its contact links work if you reject analytics.

Cloudflare describes this service as cookieless, without browser storage or visitor fingerprinting. Its analytics service receives the connection IP address and discards it at the receiving data center. Processing may take place outside North Macedonia. These statements concern analytics, not separate hosting or security records.

We store your acceptance or rejection in local storage under motomotion-analytics-v1 for up to 180 days on this browser. This preference is used to remember your choice, not to identify you. You can change it through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop analytics; it cannot undo measurements already sent. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser prompts a new choice. If storage is unavailable, the preference may not persist.

The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent. We do not combine analytics with customer inquiries or use it for advertising profiles. Google Maps has its own separate load choice; accepting analytics does not activate the map.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Sanity stores public catalog content for editorial use; published catalog changes are built into the website, so ordinary visitors do not need a direct connection to Sanity. The published Gmail address handles customer inquiries. A separate MKhost mailbox is used for platform administration and is not the public customer contact.

If you choose WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Facebook or Google Maps, those services process data under their own terms and notices. The use of Cloudflare, Google and these external services may involve processing outside North Macedonia. Their applicable transfer arrangements and retention practices are governed by their service terms; contact us if you need more information about our arrangements.

The website has no customer inquiry database or form-submission records. Emails and messages remain in the communication service you choose while needed to answer the inquiry and handle relevant follow-up. We review and delete routine inquiries once they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Records connected to a sale, service, accounting duty or legal claim may need to be kept longer under applicable requirements. Cloudflare and other providers retain their own operational and security records according to their applicable settings and terms. You can ask us about, or request deletion of, information we control using the contact details below.

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact the business using the email, phone or registered address below.

You may also submit a request to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia (AZLP) if you believe your data-protection rights have been infringed. This website has no automated customer decision-making or profiling functionality.
